Early on in Jason’s career, a mentor told him that “You won’t start being successful until you’re forty-five years old.” From then on, Jason decided to stop worrying about money and prestige and focus instead on growing from various experiences. This gave him the freedom to experiment by trying different paths and taught him the value of community and independent thought.
Jason’s professional journey is a testament to his commitment to collecting experiences–and to continuously evolving as both a leader and individual. From earning the Order of the Coif in law school, to working in the United States Attorney’s office during the Janet Reno administration, to serving as the in-house counsel for a prominent Silicon Valley tech company, Jason brings over 25 years of legal and business experience to everything he does.
After he guided the tech company through its IPO and subsequent buyout by a top 5 accounting firm, Jason took his first step into entrepreneurship. In 2009 he founded and became CEO of Symphony Advice, a large consulting firm that helps individuals, business executives, and entrepreneurs ensure their businesses and financial planning are working together in harmony. In 2017 he started Symphony Six, where he continues to expand his professional connections and share his expertise with industry leaders.
The belief that extraordinary potential lies in everyone drives every aspect of Jason’s work. He understands that every leader has the capacity to make breakthroughs and enact transformative change, both for themselves and for those they influence.
